"Improve on communication with current students, future students, and prospective students. No one ever answers the phone and e-mails get responses 1-3 weeks later and that is IF you get a response. "The admissions commitee is very friendly when you are at the interview. They were very funny and took away all of my stress. The only advice I would give is that in the past when I called them up I have encountered 2 different people who either sounded really tired or frustrated that I was calling the office.
